We designed Waste-Gas Recuperator for M/s. Gujarat Glass Ltd, for their 2250 KVA D.G.Set which emitted Flue-gases at about 550º C. We designed Waste-gas-recuperator  to be placed in the ‘Gas duct’ to pre heat  ‘Furnace Oil’ used for oil fired furnaces. The flue gases were cooled to below 180º C and the furnace oil was preheated from 30ºC to above  120ºC  thus solving their ‘Flue – gas – emission ‘ problem and also preheating furnace oil before injection to furnace. The plant is running successfully since last 3/4 years.
