Lube Oil Cooling Systems

We have designed, fabricated & supplied complete lube oil cooling system to M/s. ABB Ltd (Alstom Power Ltd) for their thermal power projects. The system consisted of

• D.C. Emergency Pump
• Duplex Filters
• Interconnecting piping for above equipments, with pressure control valves.

Steam-Heating Coils

We have fabricated & supplied Steam-heating coils to M/s. Gujarat Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd, Vadodara. We have also supplied similar steam-heating coils to ONGC, Hazira for their Sulphur Recovery units.

Solar Hot Water System / Solar Water Distillation Plant

We have designed, fabricated & supplied 1000 LPD & 4000 LPD solar-hot water systems to Swaminarayan Temple, Sokhda, under M/s. GEDA. The system consisted of solar-panels, Hot Water Tank, Pumping units etc. a totally self-sufficient system as approved by Department of Alternative Energy . GOI.

Thermic Fluid Heating System – Wood/Coal Fired

When Swaminarayan temple, Sokhda planned for NRI Hostel they needed 24 hrs hot-water in each bath-rooms attached to each rooms. They had lot of waste-wood. We therefore designed a wood fired thermic fluid heater with hot water Tank on the hostel terrace heated with hot thermic fluid. An interface of hot water / thermic fluid was necessary to avoid scaling of hot-water pipelines at high-temperature above 60°C. The system consisted of:-

Steam – Water Analysis System

We designed & supplied many ‘SWAS’ systems components to M/s. Rosemount (I) Ltd. Like:-

• Sample coolers 6 different models.
• Capillary type pressure reducers
• Water cooled gas sample coolers.
• Chilled – refrigerated gas sample coolers.
• Sample educators
• Pressure safety valves, etc etc.

We also designed & supplied complete wet – walk – in type “SWAS” system to M/s. Vortex Ltd. Surat for M/s. Birla Cellulosics, Bharuch & other clients. The system consisted of 8-streams of ‘Samples’. The Wet – Walk – in system consisted of:-

• Sample Inlets
• Sample outlet with optional ‘Sample tapping
• Cooling water inlet header
• Cooling water outlet header
• Interconnecting piping, Solenoid valves etc.

Screw Coneveyors

We have designed & supplied screw conveyors, to:-

• M/s. Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd, Vadodara
• M/s. Gujarat State Fertilizer & Chemicals Ltd, Vadodara

The biggest screw was 450 mm dia x 12 mm thick screw flights, hard faced on top 50 mm of each flight on both sides. The screw weighed about 4 tons and was about 8000 mm long.

AIR COOLED LUBE OIL COOLING SYSTEM

We have designed, fabricated & supplied “ Air Cooled Lube Oil Cooling System” for ‘Gearboxes’ These systems are independent skid mounted system having ‘Air Cooled finned type oil cooler, Oil Circulating Pump, Air Fan (Blower), control panel for oil pump etc. all mounted on common skid. We have supplied such system to

MANGO-JUICE PASTEURISER

We designed a total system of Mango-Juice expeller mango-juice pasteurizer etc for M/s. Rajeshree Foods Surat. The system consisted of

• Juice heater to heat juice at 80°C / 90°C
• Juice Cooler to cool juice to 40°C
• Juice pump & storage tank

ATTRITORS

We designed & supplied Enamel Paint Miling Attritors, to M/s. Gujarat Paints, Waghodia. The Attritors were jacketed for cooling & had Agitators for ceramic balls churning complete with motor-gear box, etc mounted on M.S. structured Frame.

MOISTURE SEPARATORS / DUST SEPARATORS

We have designed, fabricated & supplied moisture separators for various applications like After Coolers, Air-dryers etc.
